RECIPE: In a processor mix half a cup of water, 2 bananas, 2 dates and 1/3 tsp of sea salt. Add a cup of flax seeds, half a cup of chia, half a cup of sesame and 1/3 of pumpkin seeds. Let it mix for half a minute. Spread a thin layer on the trays and put into a dehydrator overnight at 105 degrees.
These chips last a long time when stored in a ziplock bag. They are a nutritious food for any day and a perfect snack when traveling. Bon Appetite!
