30-Day Return Window — Unopened Products Only
Sealed, unopened products in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (minus original shipping). Because practitioner-grade supplements cannot legally be resold once opened, we are unable to accept opened items unless the product is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window. If you would like to exchange a sealed, unopened product for a different item, contact us at admin@masterthebody.com or 1-888-266-9402 and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Active Patient Adjustments
If you are working with us clinically and a product needs to be adjusted due to a reaction or tolerance issue, please contact us directly. These situations are handled case-by-case as part of your care plan rather than as a standard return.

To begin a return or exchange, email admin@masterthebody.com or call 1-888-266-9402 within the 30-day window. We will provide return instructions and confirm receipt once your package arrives.

Return Shipping
Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Opened products or empty containers (unless defective)
- Original shipping fees
- Orders returned after the 30-day window
