Saute long green beans, brocolini, Brussels sprouts, lima beans, white northern beans, and red bell pepper in olive oil - live it a vegetarian dinner or add an animal protein such as organic chicken apple sausage in this case. Add Himalayan Salt when ready, just stir and serve! I am a fan to add salt when the dish is done so the salt doesn't break down some nutrients. This is a fast and very healthy dish full of great proteins, vitamins, flavor and color! Bon Appetite!
