Trace-Mineral Lithium in Small, Adjustable Steps
Lithium is a trace element found in water, soil and food. This is a nutritional amount, which is a very different thing from prescription lithium. What I like about the SFI Health (formerly Klaire Labs) version is the 4.8 mg capsule: it is easy to work in small steps, one capsule at a time, and the formula is simple, with nothing extra added.
What SFI Health says about it
In SFI's words, lithium orotate is a bioavailable form of this trace element that supports mental focus, mood, and memory, as well as emotional wellness and behavior.* SFI notes that the orotate form is thought to be more easily absorbed in the body compared to other lithium salts.
