STEP 2: Remember YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS!
STEP 3: Start Thinking the thoughts YOU PREFER.
Simple obviously - there can be much more to it of course but this a great way to start!
Be patient, it WILL BE MESSY, you WILL BE UNCOMFORTABLE, “THERE WILL BE BLOOD”, (just kidding - love that quote thought)
