Balanced Combo of Rich Ocean and Colorful Earth Proteins!

Infuse your body with the energy it needs to give you the MAX out of Your day! This dish is super high in proteins, nutrients, and vitamins! 

Ingredients and Preparation: In a small bowl mix sesame, chia and flax seeds.  Dip fresh raw tuna cut into 1/2-1/3 inch slices into your choice of clean teriyaki sauce and dip both sides of each tuna slice info the seed mix. Add a splash of olive oil to a pan and sear tuna for 15-20 seconds on each side  -tuna is done! Combine remaining seeds and teriyaki sauce and a pinch of salt, saute the sugar snap peas for a minute and serve! Bon Appetit!
