Need a power breakfast? Cheesy chicken egg sausage scramble is the way to go!
RECIPE makes enough for a family of 4:
- Lightly saute cut sausage with Irish butter
- Beat 8 eggs with 1/2 cup organic cream or half and half. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Cream / half and half makes eggs puff up and taste creamy and delicious.
- Lightly fold shredded cheese into the egg mixture
- Pour the egg mixture onto the sausages and scramble it up
