Crunchy Kale chips anyone?

Crunchy Kale chips Recipe:

Lay out shopped kale on a baking pan, sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt, bake at 300 degrees convect oven for 15 to 20min and done. We also love the cheese kind - sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese before putting in the oven.

These homemade chips are delicious and highly nutritious!

👉 NUTRITION FACTS: Kale is a great source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
