Here is a homemade 100% natural recipe of raspberry vinaigrette dressing, super healthy and absolutely delicious. Serve with any greens and it's a perfectly balanced salad!
Vinaigrette Dressing takes literally 5 minutes to make! The secret to my recipe is mashing the raspberries versus blending them in a blender because blending process will fracture the raspberry seeds and the dressing just won't taste the same!
I assure you that this recipe is WAY better than the store version and it will last in your fridge long enough to serve on a few salads... NO salad dressing should last in your fridge for a year because if it does - it means that it's jam packed with preservatives you can't absorb!
Look at this label of a raspberry vinaigrette label from a store, for instance, - 2 tbsp of dressing contains 5 g of sugar and preservatives. If you keep looking through other labels - some salad dressing products go as high as 6-8g of sugar and they typically have soybean oil which is hard to digest and a list of preservatives so they can last in your fridge forever.

If you your goal is to eat clean - our recipe is 100% natural; it tastes amazing and it's a thick jar full of vibrant hues of reds and pink with floating swirls of olive oil - it looks absolutely gorgeous!
Ingredients and Preparation:
We make homemade dressings - let us know if there is a particular dressing you like, happy to share the homemade version!
I am a fan of using a quart jar with a lid to shake a dressing. Plus - you can leave the remainder of the dressing in a jar to store for future use! So the ingredients are :
- 6 oz of Raspberries (this is what your typical small pack sold in a store contains)
- 1 cup of Cold Pressed Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Table Spoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Table Spoons of Organic Raw Agave (Or you can try Honey)
- 1 Tea Spoon of Sea Salt
- A Generous Pinch Of Your Favorites Salad Spices
Simply mash the raspberries with a fork and put them into a quart jar. Combine all the ingredients above. Put on a lid and shake vigorously for a minute - DONE and READY to serve! You WILL have leftovers - just make sure to shake your dressing before pouring on future salads!
