Lamb Stuffed With Carrots, Garlic and Spices!

Lamb Stuffed With Carrots, Garlic and Spices!

Going to a party or making an appetizer for your family potluck dinner? Bring this! Super easy to make - compliments will never end!

Take a big chunk of lamb and absolutely SMOTHER it with a MIX of olive oil, a splash of vinegar, an overdose of your favorite meat spices and sea salt. Let it sit in this juice for about 2 hours.

Take the marinated lamb chunk, poke large holes in it with a knife and stick peeled carrots and halves of garlic cloves into it! Put the meat into a baking pan and pour leftover marinate juice all over it. Bake the dish at 385 degrees regular baking time or 350 degrees in a convection oven for 45 minutes or so! Take the meat out, let it cool and cut the meat into thin pieces and garnish with whatever veggies you have! Voila!
