Chicken Tenders Marinated In Whole Milk and Olive Oil

I promise you - this will be the most TENDER chicken tenders you will ever have! Try marinating chicken tenders or chicken breast in 1/3 cup olive oil and a cup of organic whole milk, generous splash of poultry spices, a teaspoon of sea salt; garnish with a fresh branch of Rosemary. Leave the dish out marinating for a few hours, or you can marinate overnight (make sure to put in a fridge). I recommend baking the dish at 350 degrees for about 30-40 min...

My kids love it, guest ask for more of "That" chicken...and the house inherits this amazing aroma of warm woody Rosemary and appetite awakening spices! Chicken, as it's baking, will absorb the milk and some of the oil - and the result is a very tender full of aroma white meat that can be served with a salad or over rice or anything else you are in the mood for - Bon Appetite!
