BEST WAY TO DRINK WHEATGRASS:How much wheatgrass juice should you drink a day? If you are new to wheatgrass - start by consuming 1oz of juice a day on empty stomach, then after a week build this up to 2oz a day (two 1 oz servings taken at different times of the day). Consumed on empty stomach is best.
