How It Fits Into a Protocol
Adreno-Mend works best as the adaptogen layer of a bigger plan, not the whole plan. I usually pick one adaptogen blend at a time, so if you are already using Adaptocrine, we choose between them rather than stacking. For the evening side of the day, Douglas also makes Melatonin P.R. and GABA 500 mg, which we carry. Sleep, meals and a realistic workload still do most of the heavy lifting.

How do I take it?
The label starts you at 2 capsules each day with food for 1 to 2 weeks. After that, 4 capsules each day with food for 2 to 4 months. Then back down to 2 capsules each day as needed.
Does it contain ashwagandha?
Yes. Each 2 capsules has 125 mg of Sensoril® ashwagandha root and leaf extract, in addition to the nine-herb blend.
