Poblano Peppers Stuffed With Cheese!

Poblano Peppers Stuffed With Cheese!

This spicy dish is one of our favorites as a dinner side or just lunch! Super quick to make:

Ingredients and Preparation:

Cut the top of the peppers but not completely if you can, take out the seeds. In a bowl and mix Mexican Cheese (Or best is Chiwawa Cheese if you can find one without a load of preservatives), salt and garlic powder. Mix the 3 ingredients in the bowl and stuff the peppers. I recommend putting just half a teaspoon of salt for 5-6 peppers because cheese is already salty. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Make sure to put a bunch on your plate before your partner will eat most of it - no kidding!

Did you know that... Along with capsaicin, vitamin B2 found in poblano pepper can also serve as a natural headache remedy, while the potassium it contains is part of preventing cramping pain from muscle strain and even PMS.
