Should I take this at night?
Generally no. Dosing between meals earlier in the day matches the body's natural cortisol curve. Late dosing can disrupt sleep.
Is this the same as adrenal cortex alone?
No. This contains whole adrenal plus cortex. A cortex-only product is a different tool.
How long before I know if it's working?
