Initial Phone, or video conference Consultation for Nutrition. In depth review of client history, IQS Scan for imbalances, Recommendations are given at the conclusion of the appointment. Cost is $250.00 per hour, prorated if longer than one hour.

Dr. Allison offers phone consultations by appointment. Please feel free to contact the office at (888) 266-9402, or use the contact form. Dr. Allison offers both in-clinic consultations and ongoing treatment needs at his Joliet, Illinois, Clinic, as well as phone consultations and follow up treatment phone consults for his out of State/Country clients. He has many clients from around the world that he works with for a variety of different treatment needs. Clients appreciate Dr. Allison’s Holistic and Integrative approaches that are incorporated into patient protocols.

Every client is different, so treatment plans and options are based on individual needs.

Dr. Allison does offer packages to his clients based on the initial consultation appointment. The initial consultation appointment consists of a review of data (Intake forms that will be sent to you where you will fill out information and send back) prior to your initial consultation appointment so as to review the health history, any blood chemistry labs or imaging you would be sending, as well as what the specific goals that are wanted to be achieved. After receipt and review of information, an initial consultation appointment will be scheduled.

The initial consultation fee is $250.00 which includes an extensive review of health history as well as a phone consultation of one hour (or in-office appointment of one hour.) During the consultation, Dr. Allison will be asking questions, answering questions, finding out specific needs, wants, and goals and giving some recommendations based on the information collected. If a client is interested in Dr. Allison's sought after nutritional guidance, it's is recommended to commit to at least two follow-up appointments so Dr. Allison can monitor and make any necessary changes and/or recommendations to the specific treatment plan. Follow up appointments are generally recommended in at least three month intervals. Follow up appointment fees are $200.00 per hour (prorated if less than one hour.)
